Fundraising


Percy Agricultural Society is a registered charity. We rely largely on fundraising and donations to help pay for the fair, property maintenance, renovations and repairs to our buildings.

Sharpe’s Grocery Tapes

Percy Agricultural Society is still collecting Sharpe’s grocery tapes. Please collect your tapes and give them to any member of PAS or you may place your tapes in the small red box on the WBA community events board located between Scott’s Variety and the Pharmacy in Warkworth.

Bottle Drive

Sat May 11 & 18, 9 am – noon, Cow Palace, Warkworth Fairgrounds
Accepting liquor, wine, beer bottles & cans.

Warkworth Music Fest (WMF) Breakfast

Friday, July 26th & Saturday, July 27th, 9 am – noon, Red Barn, Warkworth Fairgrounds
Friday: pancakes & sausage with Sandy Flats Maple Syrup
Saturday: Sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, eggs & chili beans

172nd Warkworth Fall Fair

Friday, Sept 6th – Sunday, Sept 8th
A small town country fair with something for everyone! Friday night food vendors & entertainment including Rayzor's Edge. Saturday night evening entertainment featuring Robyn Scott & Freddy Vette and the Flames. 4-H & beef shows, horse shows, firemen's challenge, elimination car draw, talent show, home craft & crop exhibits, pie contest & auction, baby show, truck & tractor pull, Cope Amusement midway, Hot Diggity Dogs, Zoo to You & much more. Warkworth Fairgrounds.

Bake Your Best Pie Contest & Live Auction at the Fair

Saturday, Sept 7th, following Opening Ceremonies at the Warkworth Fair.
Enter and/or purchase a pie. Prizes: 1st - $50; 2nd - $30; 3rd - $20.
All pies become the property of the P.A.S. to be entered in a Live Auction to be held during opening ceremonies. Proceeds of the auction, support the fair.

Pancake Breakfast at the Fair

Sunday, Sept. 8th, 9-11 am, Under the Big Top at the Warkworth Fair
Admission: Daily $10 or Weekend $25. *Admission does not include price of breakfast which will be posted 6 weeks before the event.

43rd Perfect Pie Contest

Saturday, November 2nd, @ St. Paul’s United Church, Warkworth

Festival of Trees

$2.00 a ticket gets you a chance to win one of over 30 fully decorated live trees sponsored by local businesses. Draws take place Sunday.
